Taylor got to take home Darcy Dog from preschool. We took pictures and had to write about what she did with Darcy. Marty liked the dog too.
We got Marty a helmet so we can ride bikes with him. He pulls it right off though so when I pull him in the bike trailer I haven't been putting the helmet on him. shhh don't tell anyone. We ride bikes to school sometimes and plan on doing it more again in the spring.
I wish I had pictures of how this funny pool time started. I set it up while I was mowing the lawn for the kids to play in. Glen was mowing another families yard who needed help. Matthew and Taylor were in the pool with all of their clothes on. After I finished mowing I jumped in with all my clothes. They played for a long time and when Glen got home is when they finally decided to take some of their clothes off. Taylor had a long sleeved fleece pajama nightgown on. I promise that over here at the Lau house we don't swim together in our underwear too often. When Glen got home Marty woke up and we threw him in too.
Look at the big smiles Matthew and Taylor have while Marty is being treated like an animal. I guess I wasn't much better for taking a picture of it. I was a little worried at first because Matthew calls into the kitchen to tell me they have a collar on Marty. Ahhhh, around his neck I say. Matthew in his calm voice while rolling his eyes said "of course not Mom; it's around his belly." Apparently he didn't mind it for awhile but he was done by the time he saw me. Help me Mommy!!! Also, the fuzzy socks of mine were for ice skating on the wood floors.

Oh I am so glad to see your blog updated with new pictures of Marty. He's such a cutie! I want to see a picture of you in the pool with all your clothes. That's a good mom there! BLOG MORE!
oh that made me giggle! poor marty! but we have had a lot of leashed younger siblings at our house over the years. it's just too fun to resist! love the sock skating too, wish we had more smooth floors because that is the best. :) you sure have cute kids.
Marty is so adorable! He looks different than your other kids, but matches well.. if that makes any sense! Either way, all your kids are stink'n cute, seeing pics makes me miss you and the family!

Wow! Lots of great pictures! I confess its been awhile, so I loved seeing the pictures of all the fun things you have been doing!--the pool, mud pies, 4th, YMCA, baseball game, a play, Taylor riding a bike, school, Marty being a dog--all so precious. You're such great parents and you're kids are so cute and clever and I'm glad you guys are having lots of good time!
